The Dutch law and other playing rules

The receipts by radios and television signals with help of a dish antennae is in the Netherlands bound at rules. Point of departure near this is, that everybody has the right to receive the satellite signals. Yet there are limitations: not everything is allowed. Some municipalities for instance, do not allow placement of a dish antenna. Placement of a dish can also become banned if they are annoying for other inhabitants.

A dish antenna can be seen as a building. About that is often a license of the municipality required. Or an allow ning necessarily is, hangs in the most municipalities finished of the dimension of the dish. For dishes with a height and a diameter of less than one meter is no license necessary. For DTH-reception become dish diameters by sixty centimeters court place recommended; for this is thus nor grind spoken no license required.
